Each year, at the first day of the conference we announce three best paper candidates selected based on the marks from the program committee. And at the end the program chair announces who is from the best paper candidates took 1st, 2d and 3d place. Below are the candidates and their places.
The proceedings of the conference became available online as 518th volume of CCIS series published by Springer. The proceedings is avalaible at Springer Link.
Similar to the previous year, the second day will feature the Open Science and Education Section, where we welcome everybody to talk and share thoughts on this and relevant topics. There’ll be a couple of presentations at the beginning and a panel discussion at the end.

It has been decided to change the location to the main campus of the Moscow University of Steel and Alloys (aka MISIS) in the city center of Moscow.
We have just opened registration for KESW 2015! The early deadline is September 15.
The list of research papers as well as system descriptions is now online.
We have decided to accept posters and position paper submissions on a rolling basis. This means that we will not set a specific deadline for such submissions and will be accepting them till late. If we get too many, we will make a special announcement and close the submission page. Thus submit early and often!
We are happy to announce that Erik Wilde from the Web of Things research group at Siemence Berkely, US, is a confirmed keynote speaker at KESW 2015.
We have received a few requests to extend the deadlines, in particularly, because it’s a holiday time in certain countries. All dates have been pushed one week forward. See the new dates in the call for papers. Note that this is the first and the last extension.
